BIG BAG EMPTYING STATION

The Big-Bag emptying station is a modular and easily configurable system.
This structure is particularly simple to use thanks to the ease with which the bag is inserted in the frame and it is emptied without producing dust. The Big-Bag emptying station can be made of painted steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.

Suitable for loading hoppers and to contain big bags from 1 to 2 m³, equipped with a door for opening the big bag valve, a safety grid and a Ø273mm flanged discharge outlet.

There are two types of configurations to support the Big Bag on top of the structure:

• Removable Big-Bag emptying station
• Big-Bag emptying station with hoist

REMOVABLE BIG-BAG EMPTYING STATION

Upper structure that can be removed using a forklift truck, where the Big-Bag is attached and then lifted and placed on the support frame. Special fixed guides allow for the easy positioning and centring of the upper part.
 

BIG-BAG EMPTYING STATION WITH HOIST

Upper structure with a beam and motorised electric hoist running inside it, and a crossbar to support the Big Bag at its end.
 

 

To further optimise Big-Bag unloading operations, pneumatic activators can be added to the hopper to accompany the product towards the discharge.

BIG-BAG EMPTYING STATION WITH PETALS

These 'petal' activators can be managed individually via a control panel, allowing for the Big-Bag to be emptied quickly, accurately and completely. In addition to this, the system is equipped with a filter sock to prevent leaks and puffs.
The bag opening operation takes place inside the hopper through the inspection door opening.
