PRODUCT INTAKE HOPPER

Delfin pneumatic conveyors has a wide range of product intake hoppers, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with an external satin finish/internal polishing for product picking, with an end connection for coupling with a flexible hose from Ø30 to Ø100mm. It also features a support frame with height-adjustable feet (AISI 304 stainless steel frame available as an option)

The main ADVANTAGES

This accessory is placed under an automatic machine, Big-Bag or Silo, and is used to pour the product inside it in order to keep the system correctly and constantly supplied with product, without product waste or dispersion.

 

ACCESSORIES FOR THE PRODUCT INTAKE HOPPER

• Lump breaker grid: useful for intercepting any compacted parts of the product that could clog the product conveyor line.
• Additional module made of AISI304 stainless steel with FDA dustproof seals and closing strip. Useful to increase the total capacity up to 65 litres.
• Lid with air fluidisation and cylindrical manifold for product infeed.
• Flow-breaker cone with internal and external polishing
• Pneumatic turbine vibrator: useful to facilitate the product flow, preventing the formation of “bridges” inside the hopper.
