RECOVERY OF FOOD PRODUCTS

RECOVERY OF FLOUR FROM A READY-MADE PIZZA PRODUCTION LINE

The customer, a leading company in the production of high-quality frozen pizzas, wanted to optimise its production process with a pneumatic conveyor system by recovering excess flour directly from the conveyor belt.

With Delfin, the conveying process has been fully automated, increasing space in the production department and reducing the time required for sanitising operations. The product is transported without any alteration, waste or risk of environmental contamination.
The new system recovers the excess product, carries it through a closed system and feeds it back into the production process, eliminating the need for contact with the user, making the workplace safer and cleaner and improving the quality of the final product.

The customer, a leading company in the confectionery industry, has automated its process for recovering excess sugar from packaged brioches.
This automation guarantees a reduction in production times and the need for less personnel, while reducing the risk of product contamination. 
The excess sugar is recovered and reused thanks to the hoppers placed under the conveyor belt, making the workplace safer and cleaner.
